CuisinArt Golf Resort & Spa is a five-star beachfront resort nestled in the crescent curve of Anguilla’s Rendezvous Bay. A luxury icon since opening in 1999, the resort recently completed a triumphant redesign and transformation featuring property-wide design updates and resort upgrades including enhanced golf, wellness, cuisine and amenities. Holding true to its legendary roots, CuisinArt Golf Resort & Spa offers sophisticated beachfront accommodations and private luxury villas along Rendezvous Bay. The resort’s instantly recognisable whitewashed architecture, inspired by the Greek island of Mykonos, creates a visually stunning contrast against the sparkling turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea beneath brilliant blue skies. The property’s crown jewels include its 18-hole Greg Norman-designed golf course, the Spa by CuisinArt and world-class dining at five distinct restaurants.
CuisinArt’s Mediterranean architecture is inspired by the Greek island of Mykonos, with brilliant white Cycladic buildings that create a striking silhouette against the blue sky and water.

The design of CuisinArt is its calling card and has set the resort apart from the beginning. Guests choose to stay with us because they can imagine themselves immersed in our unique setting while also enjoying exceptional service, amenities, and cuisine in an unparalleled location. CuisinArt’s Mediterranean architecture is inspired by the Greek island of Mykonos, with brilliant white Cycladic buildings that create a striking silhouette against the blue sky and water. When the devastating 2017 storm season came to Anguilla, the recovery challenge came with a silver lining – the chance to refresh the resort’s interiors while restoring our iconic exterior. Now, guests enjoy fully redesigned suites with a crisp white and blue colour palette, new dining venues with open-air architecture and a stunning lobby with carved mosaic columns. Our new lobby is perhaps my favourite element of the redesign, as guests are immediately greeted with a stunning view of our pool as it stretches out to the sea beyond. It’s a clever way to remind guests upon arrival exactly why they chose CuisinArt.
Fun is subjective! People may be surprised to learn that our property is only 91 suites and 7 Villas but offers a Greg Norman Championship golf course, a spa with 16 treatment rooms, a full fitness centre with a wide range of activities - many of them complimentary - plus myriad culinary options. Rum Classes and Cocktail Making Classes are always a favourite, and our newest addition – the Splash Pad – is providing great fun for kids of all ages!
While luxury appointments are expected in Five-Star hotels and resorts, the key is, in fact, to ensure a comfort level one would find at home. Nothing is more important to a traveller, whether business or leisure, than a good night’s sleep. Our new beds have been called stellar, especially as one is enveloped in Frette for a perfect rest.

The perk of having such a dynamic resort like ours means we can cater to each guest’s unique needs and create an experience that allows them to unwind, relax, indulge their senses and create lifelong memories.
Guests come to the resort for many reasons – there are those who start their day in the Fitness Centre, followed by a yoga or meditation class and an al fresco breakfast at Mosaic. Perhaps a round of golf or a tennis lesson and a scrumptious lunch at the Beach Bar & Grill, a long walk on our beach and a dip in the clear blue waters of Rendezvous Bay. The perk of having such a dynamic resort like ours means we can cater to each guest’s unique needs and create an experience that allows them to unwind, relax, indulge their senses and create lifelong memories.
An incredibly comfortable bed!
Cobb Salad – no bacon.
There have been so many. We personalize every request and nothing is too big or too small.
Once again, this depends on the traveller. A very common occurrence for us is the couple who prefers both action and leisure. One plays golf on our course while the other luxuriates at the Spa, and then meet up for a perfect beachside meal and an after-dinner drink at KazBar accompanied by music from a local band before retreating to their suite for a perfect night’s sleep.
Anguilla itself is a hidden gem. Only 16x3 miles, one main road and only seven traffic lights.
It really depends on the traveller and no two are exactly alike. We have guests that will only travel during peak winter months, regardless of cost, to bask in the warmth of Anguilla. Then, we have others who are eager to take advantage of the value-driven summer. One of the loveliest months is May, but there are those who will arguably say nothing beats the Holiday Season in Anguilla, complete with Santa on the beach for Christmas Day and incredible New Year’s Eve fireworks, right in front of the CuisinArt beach.
These days, mostly for business, but when traveling with my family, we delight in exploring new destinations with extended family and friends.
A simple question that is not so easy to answer. Luxury is an ever-changing word. Being President and Managing Director of the Resorts & Residences by CuisinArt, I am on duty 24/7. So for me, being afforded the opportunity to exhale and truly appreciate my surroundings and the beauty of the Resorts and Anguilla is my definition of luxury.
Pure bliss!
